Team Charter

Our team charter outlines the essence and working principles of Team PALADIN: what we stand for and how we will operate.

Three core values and seven corresponding behaviours underpin our charter. These are the values and behaviours we expect of ourselves as members of Team PALADIN, as well as of our partners, current and future, who share the same purpose and vision for the land collective training service of the future.
